Simply call our office at 1-888-358-9880 and one
of our trip consultants will be happy to discuss the trip
in detail. |
| 2. Do you provide itineraries for your
trips in advance? |
Once your tour is reserved, a sample itinerary
will be sent to you. We ask that you look it over and call
us with any changes or suggestions you may have. A FINAL ITINERARY
will be given out upon arrival at your destination. |
| 3. When do i know what hotel I am staying
at? |
Most often we can tell you immediately upon booking
a trip. In some cases it may take 2-3 weeks after booking. |
| 4. Do the prices on this web site include
the cost of bus transportation? |
The prices quoted in this site DO NOT include
the cost of transportation. However, Senior Excursions would
be happy to arrange transportation for your trip. We work
with hundreds of fantastic bus companies and we will get you
the best price. |
| 5. After I have called to reserve a tour,
when do I need to send a deposit? |
All we require is an initial $200 deposit. We
will work with you very closely from there. |
| 6. What are the incentives for a Group
Leader? |
All of our tour packages offer 2 complimentary trips per 40 paid passengers. Many of our packages offer great CASH INCENTIVES for many of our trips at certain times of the year. Please give us a call to see what the cash incentive is for this month.

trip to my group? |
Our marketing department will be happy to make
great flyers for you to pass out to your group with whatever
price you want on them. our staff would also be happy to come
to your center to discuss the trip at you next meeting. This
is no cost to you. |

minute, do they get a refund? |
We will work closely with you in the event of
a last minute cancellation. Please see cancellation policy.
We highly recommend trip cancellation insurance. |

or property due to act of default of any hotel carrier, restaurant,
company or person rendering any of the services included in
Tour, or by Act of God, further, no responsibilities are accepted
for any damage or delay due to sickness, pilferage, labor dispute,
machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restraints, whether,
or other causes beyond their personal control. No responsibility
is accepted for any act, omission, or event during the time
passengers are not on board their planes or conveyances. The
passage contact in use by the airlines concerned, when issued,
shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and
purchasers of these tours and/or passengers. Tour operator reserves
the right to substitute hotels of similar category if necessary.
